Green Bay Packaging Unveils New Recycled Paper Mill –
Green Bay Packaging unveiled its new recycled paper mill last month. “There has not been a new mill built in Wisconsin in over 35 years,” said Bob Mihalski, director of continuous improvement for Green Bay Packaging.
